The 53cm cutting capacity and eight height settings—from 20mm to 105mm—provide flexibility for different lawn conditions and preferred cutting heights. The variable-speed self-propelled drive can be adjusted between 0 and 6.4km/h to suit the operator and working pace.

Cordless power and working area

The LMX5300SP has two battery ports and uses EGO Peak Power™ technology to provide additional energy when needed. It is part of EGO’s 56V ARC Lithium™ cordless platform. EGO states that this PRO X mower is not compatible with its Backpack Battery, Backpack Harness or Battery Holster.

EGO quotes cutting areas of up to 1,650m² with two BA2800T 5Ah batteries, up to 2,150m² with two BA3360T 6Ah batteries, and up to 4,200m² with two BA6720T 12Ah batteries. These are maximum stated figures for the specified battery configurations; actual coverage will vary with working conditions.

Practical design and warranty

A cast-aluminium cutting deck, LED headlights and three adjustable handle heights support practical use across a range of mowing tasks. Vertical storage capability can be useful where storage space is limited. The mower weighs 46kg without a battery.

EGO provides a five-year domestic warranty and a three-year professional warranty for this model, subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.
