Delivery Information

1.       All deliveries are targeted to be complete within 10 days of ordering, products may occasionally take longer due to ordering, production or collecting from our own supplier. If this is the case we will be in contact to offer you a range of options including money back, alternatives or waiting for you product of choice.

a.       Ordering for out of stock items will be completed on a Thursday evening and any orders that come in after this time will have to wait for the following Thursday for an order. In cases where we are experiencing high volume we may order multiple times in a week if our suppliers’ minimum order is able to be met.

b.      Some products such as our home energy, some bedding are either collected or produced by ourselves and so you sometimes may have to wait for more stock to be collected/produced to meet your order. Where possible this will be a high priority to help us meet our 10 day target

2.       Some items are region specific; these include all of our services and some of our energy products. This is as we deliver using our own vehicles, currently SJ Agri LTD only perform delivery’s on weekends and will give you a 30 minute time specific slot.

a.       Payment on delivery is available however goods will not unloaded from our vehicle until full payment is made, if a wasted journey is made as you fail to show a charge of 10% may be requested to help cover our costs.

b.      If pre delivery payment is selected payment must be made before we deliver otherwise delivery will NOT be made and your order assumed cancelled.  If changing to payment on delivery please let us know in plenty of time. We may still request a deposit. This will usually be 10% and will be non returnable if you fail to meet us at your delivery time.

c.       Our drivers/Ourselves will contact you when on route meaning you will always have time to predict our arrival.

d.      Deliveries are kerbside/Vehicle side by default our drivers are instructed and we will where possible help you load onto your property or to where you want the delivery stacked. However this is very much discretion and so may be refused. We may also as far as knowledge allows help you with suggestions of product use and how to get the most from your product including storage.

3.       All shop Items (except those stated to be region specific) are shipped via 48hr Courier, the delivery is signed and also tracked to give you the ultimate in flexibility in regards to receiving your items.

4.       Services are available to purchase through the shop, we allow this for those who know what they want. Most our services will be pre priced and fixed rate for a fixed amount of work. If bespoke quoting or varied work is required then you will need to speak to us for a quote.

a.       Free services ( none of our services are free however they may be listed, “purchasing” these items will get you a quote and we will contact you to request information before carrying out the service, the invoice will then be sent to you through our normal invoicing process.

b.      Delivery address on the Services is the address you want us to carry out the service at. Contact will be made to confirm details before we arrive at your site.
