Pressure, flow and pump

The KD1140-Premium combines an operating pressure range of 30–250 bar with a water discharge capacity of 300–1,000 litres per hour. The unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be regulated continuously, helping the operator adjust the machine's output to suit the cleaning task.

The pump uses a nickel-plated brass head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. A stated maximum pressure of 270 bar is listed separately from the operating pressure range.

Premium equipment and operation

The Premium configuration includes a hose reel and chemical supply in the high-pressure jet, controlled by a metering valve. The 25-litre water-storage tank is part of the machine specification.

The cleaner is supplied with a 20 m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a trigger gun with swivel, and 900 mm spray-lance equipment. The listed lance equipment includes a spray lance with nozzle protection and a rotary-nozzle lance. A stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle is also specified.
