Overview

The EHRLE 561003 KD940-F Standard is a mobile, 400 V cold-water high-pressure cleaner in a food-processing configuration. Designed for demanding professional cleaning work, it combines corrosion-resistant construction with a blue abrasion-resistant high-pressure hose and stainless-steel drawbar. Its adjustable operating pressure and water flow help the operator set the cleaning output to suit the task.

Cleaning performance and control

The KD940-F Standard has an operating pressure range of 30–130 bar and a maximum pressure of 150 bar. Its discharge capacity ranges from 300 to 840 litres per hour, giving the operator a choice of pressure and water delivery for different cleaning requirements.

An unloader safety valve provides infinitely variable pressure and quantity regulation. The pump runs at 1,400 rpm and uses a triplex-piston design with high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. Its chrome/nickel-plated pump head is specified as hot-water-resistant; the machine itself is a cold-water cleaner, with a maximum inlet temperature of 80°C.

Food-processing configuration and operation

This version is configured for food-processing environments, with corrosion-resistant construction, a stainless-steel drawbar and a blue abrasion-resistant high-pressure hose. These features distinguish it from a general-purpose configuration; they do not, on their own, establish any particular hygiene certification or regulatory approval.

The 17-litre detergent tank works with a low-pressure injector and metering valve for detergent application. The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and switches the machine off completely after 20 minutes.

Supplied equipment

The Standard configuration includes a 10 m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a trigger gun with swivel and a 900 mm double spray lance with nozzle protection. A 25° stainless-steel jet nozzle is specified, along with a 25° high/low-pressure jet nozzle.

The cleaner requires a 3/PE/AC/50 Hz/400 V supply and 3 x 16 A slow electrical protection. Its net weight is 54 kg, and its stated dimensions are 80.5 x 48.5 x 95 cm (L x W x H).
