Overview

The EHRLE KD940 Standard is a mobile, electrically powered cold-water high-pressure cleaner in the KD 3x3 series. It combines adjustable pressure and water-flow regulation with a 300–840 l/h discharge capacity, making it suitable for professional cleaning tasks where mains-powered equipment and a mobile chassis are required. The machine has a triplex-piston pump with a nickel-plated brass head, ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. A removable ergonomic drawbar and chassis storage for accessories support practical handling and organisation around the cleaning task.

Pressure control and cleaning operation

The unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be regulated continuously to suit the cleaning requirement. Operating pressure is adjustable from 30 to 190 bar, while the stated maximum pressure is 210 bar. The machine delivers between 300 and 840 litres per hour.

Detergent can be introduced through the low-pressure injector and adjusted using its metering valve. The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes.

Pump and supplied equipment

The KD940 Standard uses a triplex-piston pump with a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves.

The listed equipment includes a 10 m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a 900 mm spray lance with Vario nozzle, a 25° stainless-steel jet nozzle and a trigger gun with swivel. Accessories can be stored on the device chassis.

Power and installation

This configuration is designed for a 400 V three-phase electrical supply (3/PE/AC/50Hz/400V), with a connected load of 5.2 kW and stated current of 9.1 A. Electrical protection is specified as 3 x 16 A slow. Check the available supply and electrical protection at the intended operating site before purchase.
