Overview

The EHRLE KD940-Premium is a mobile, 400V cold-water high-pressure cleaner for professional cleaning work where adjustable pressure and water flow, chemical application and a practical selection of accessories are important. Its KD 3x3-series triplex-piston pump delivers a discharge capacity of 300–840 litres per hour, with operating pressure adjustable from 30 to 190 bar. The Premium configuration includes a hose reel, chemical supply into the high-pressure jet with a metering valve, and a 900mm spray lance with rotary nozzle. A removable ergonomic drawbar and chassis storage for accessories support handling and organisation around the work area.

Adjustable cleaning performance

The KD940-Premium’s operating pressure range of 30–190 bar and water delivery of 300–840 litres per hour give the operator scope to adjust the machine to the cleaning task. Its unloader safety valve provides infinitely variable pressure and quantity regulation, so output can be set to suit the work rather than relying on a single fixed setting.

Maximum pressure is 210 bar. The maximum permitted inlet-water temperature is 45°C.

Pump, controls and chemical application

The triplex-piston pump has a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and switches the machine off completely after 20 minutes.

In the Premium configuration, cleaning chemical can be supplied into the high-pressure jet and adjusted using the metering valve. Follow the machine’s operating instructions and the relevant chemical safety data sheet for proper and safe use.

Premium equipment and handling

The Premium specification includes a hose reel and a 15m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar. The listed spray equipment comprises a 900mm spray lance with nozzle protection, a 900mm spray lance with rotary nozzle, and a stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle. The trigger gun has a swivel connection.

A 15-litre water-storage tank is specified. The removable ergonomic drawbar supports moving the mobile cleaner, while chassis storage provides a place for accessories.

Electrical connection and installation

This model requires a 3/PE/AC/50Hz/400V supply and is specified with 3 x 16A slow electrical protection. Check that the available electrical supply and protection meet these requirements before purchase and use. The connection cable is 5m long.
