Overview

The EHRLE KD1840-Premium is a professional mobile cold water pressure washer from the KD 4x4 series, designed for high-pressure cleaning where a three-phase 400V electrical supply is available. It delivers adjustable operating pressure from 30 to 120 bar and water flow from 300 to 1,800 litres per hour, with an unloader safety valve for infinitely variable pressure and quantity regulation. The Premium configuration includes a hose reel, 20m high-pressure hose, swivel trigger gun and 900mm spray lance. A 25-litre water storage tank and mobile chassis provide a self-contained, transportable setup for a range of demanding cleaning tasks.

Cleaning performance and control

The KD1840-Premium combines a working pressure range of 30–120 bar with water flow adjustable across 300–1,800 litres per hour. Its unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be regulated continuously to suit the cleaning task. Maximum pressure is 140 bar.

The supplied 25° stainless-steel jet nozzle and rotary-nozzle lance provide different lance options for cleaning work. The machine's maximum inlet-water temperature is 45°C; it is a cold water cleaner, not a hot-water pressure washer.

Pump and operation

A triplex-piston pump with a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves forms the heart of the machine. The KD1840-Premium operates at a pump speed of 1,400rpm and has a 7.4kW connected load.

The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. The chassis provides storage for accessories, helping keep the equipment together when the cleaner is moved or put away.

Premium equipment and practical details

The Premium configuration includes a hose reel and a 20m DN10 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar. The hose connects to a swivel trigger gun, while the supplied 900mm spray lance has nozzle protection. A second 900mm lance is fitted with a rotary nozzle.

The machine has a 25-litre water storage tank and DIN EN 1717 class 4 water-supply separation. It requires a 3/PE/AC/50Hz/400V supply and 3 x 16A slow electrical protection. Its net weight is 105kg; device dimensions are 98 x 62 x 100cm.
