Overview

The EHRLE KD1540-Premium is a mobile cold-water high-pressure cleaner from the KD 4x4 series, designed for demanding cleaning work where mains-powered, adjustable pressure washing is required. Its operating pressure can be regulated from 30 to 280 bar, with a maximum pressure of 300 bar. The 400V three-phase machine has a triplex-piston pump, a 25-litre water storage tank and a chassis that provides storage for accessories. Pressure control and pump

The unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be adjusted infinitely within the machine's operating range. This gives the operator control over the cleaning output for different tasks, without implying a particular cleaning result or working rate.

The triplex-piston pump uses a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. Pump speed is 1,400 rpm.

Premium equipment and operation

The Premium configuration is equipped with a hose reel and a 20m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar. The listed accessories also include a trigger gun with swivel, a 900mm spray lance with nozzle protection and a 900mm spray lance with rotary nozzle.

The machine's start-stop system incorporates a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. The chassis provides storage for accessories, helping keep equipment with the cleaner when it is not in use.

Electrical and water supply

This is a 400V, three-phase machine with a connected load of 13.8 kW / 24 A and specified electrical protection of 3 x 32 A slow. Check that the installation and supply are suitable before purchase and operation.

The maximum inlet-water temperature is 45°C. Water-supply separation is specified to DIN EN 1717 class 4; follow the applicable installation requirements and the manufacturer's operating instructions.
