Overview

The EHRLE KD1340-Standard (article number 552003) is a mobile, electrically powered cold-water high-pressure cleaner from the KD 4x4 series. It combines adjustable operating pressure and water flow with an integrated detergent tank, making it suited to professional cleaning tasks where controlled high-pressure water and detergent application are required. Pressure, flow and detergent control

The unloader safety valve provides infinitely variable pressure and quantity regulation. This allows the operator to adjust the machine's output to suit the cleaning task, within its stated operating range of 30–170 bar and discharge capacity of 300–1,300 litres per hour.

For detergent application, a low-pressure injector draws from the integrated 35-litre tank, with a metering valve to regulate the detergent supply. Use cleaning agents in accordance with their safety data sheets and follow the machine's operating instructions for safe, proper operation.

Pump and operating features

The triplex-piston pump has a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes, helping prevent the machine from remaining fully switched on when not in use.

The cleaner runs from a 400 V, three-phase electrical supply and has 3 × 16 A slow electrical protection. Its maximum inlet-water temperature is 45°C; it is a cold-water cleaner, not a hot-water machine.

Mobility and supplied equipment

The removable ergonomic drawbar helps with moving the 89 kg machine, and the chassis provides storage for accessories. The listed equipment comprises a 10 m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a 900 mm spray lance with Vario nozzle, a 25° stainless-steel jet nozzle and a swivel trigger gun.
