Overview

The EHRLE KD1340-Premium is a mobile, electrically powered cold-water high-pressure cleaner in the KD 4x4 series. Its 400 V supply, operating pressure adjustable from 30 to 170 bar and water delivery of 300 to 1,300 litres per hour make it suited to demanding cleaning work where pressure and flow need to be matched to the task. The Premium configuration adds a hose reel, chemical supply through the high-pressure jet and a rotary-nozzle lance. A 25-litre water-storage tank, removable ergonomic drawbar and accessory storage are built into a mobile unit designed for practical handling around the work area.

Adjustable pressure and water delivery

The KD1340-Premium operates between 30 and 170 bar, with a maximum pressure of 190 bar. Its unloader safety valve allows infinitely variable adjustment of both pressure and water quantity, helping the operator set the machine for the cleaning requirement rather than relying on a single fixed output.

Water delivery ranges from 300 to 1,300 litres per hour. This combination of adjustable pressure and flow gives the cleaner flexibility across a range of high-pressure cleaning tasks. Maximum inlet water temperature is 45°C.

Pump and controls

The triplex-piston pump has a nickel-plated brass head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and shuts the machine down completely after 20 minutes, an important feature to understand when planning its operation.

Premium equipment and mobile handling

The Premium configuration provides chemical supply in the high-pressure jet through a metering valve and includes a hose reel. A 20 m DN08 high-pressure hose is rated to 315 bar, and the trigger gun has a swivel connection for practical hose handling.

The listed lance equipment includes a 900 mm spray lance with nozzle protection and a 900 mm spray lance with rotary nozzle. The machine also has a 25-litre water-storage tank, accessory storage in the chassis and a removable ergonomic drawbar.

Water-supply protection

The machine includes water-supply separation according to DIN EN 1717 class 4. Follow the EHRLE operating instructions for proper and safe operation.
