Overview

The EHRLE KD1240-Standard (article number 565000) is a mobile, electrically powered cold-water high-pressure cleaner in the KD 3x3 series. With operating pressure adjustable from 30 to 170 bar, water delivery of 300 to 1,300 litres per hour and an ergonomic drawbar, it is equipped for demanding cleaning work where a mobile professional machine and adjustable pressure and flow are useful. A triplex-piston pump with a nickel-plated brass pump head, ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves provides the pumping system. The cleaner also features an unloader safety valve for infinitely variable pressure and quantity regulation, detergent application through a low-pressure injector and an automatic stop system.

Adjustable pressure and water delivery

The pressure and quantity controls allow the operator to adjust the machine's output to suit the cleaning task. Operating pressure ranges from 30 to 170 bar, with a stated maximum pressure of 190 bar. Water delivery ranges from 300 to 1,300 litres per hour, giving a choice of operating settings for different cleaning requirements.

Pump, detergent and controls

The triplex-piston pump combines a nickel-plated brass pump head with high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. For detergent application, a low-pressure injector draws cleaning detergent from the 17-litre tank, with a metering valve to regulate supply.

The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and shuts the machine down completely after 20 minutes. The cleaner is supplied with a 10 m high-pressure hose, swivel trigger gun and 900 mm spray lance with Vario nozzle. A stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle is also specified.

Mobility and electrical requirements

An ergonomic drawbar supports moving the cleaner, while the chassis provides storage for accessories. The machine requires a 400 V three-phase supply (3/PE/AC/50Hz/400V) and 3 x 16 A slow electrical protection. Its 7.5 m connection cable provides reach from the power connection.
