Overview

The EHRLE 551003 KD1140-F Standard is a mobile, cold-water high-pressure cleaner in a food-processing configuration. It is designed for demanding cleaning work where a corrosion-resistant machine setup and blue, abrasion-resistant high-pressure hose are relevant. The 400 V machine delivers an operating pressure adjustable from 30 to 180 bar and a water discharge capacity of 300 to 1,000 litres per hour.

Pressure, flow and pump design

The infinitely variable unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be adjusted to suit the cleaning task. The cleaner operates at 30–180 bar, with a stated maximum pressure of 200 bar, and provides a discharge capacity of 300–1,000 l/h.

Its triplex-piston pump combines a chrome/nickel-plated, hot-water-resistant pump head with high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. The maximum inlet-water temperature is 80 °C.

Food-processing configuration and equipment

The food-processing configuration includes corrosion-resistant construction, a stainless-steel drawbar and a blue abrasion-resistant high-pressure hose. The supplied cleaning equipment comprises a 35-litre detergent tank with low-pressure injector and metering valve, a 10 m DN08 high-pressure hose, a swivel trigger gun, and a 900 mm double spray lance with nozzle protection. A stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle is specified.

The cleaner is a 400 V, three-phase machine with a 6.9 kW connected load. Check that the electrical supply and 3 × 16 A slow protection requirement are suitable for the intended installation.

Operation

Start-stop control includes a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. This provides an automatic switch-off function when the cleaner is not being used, while the trigger gun's swivel connection supports hose handling during operation.
