Overview

The EHRLE KD1140 Standard is a mobile cold-water high-pressure cleaner in the KD 4x4 series, designed for demanding professional cleaning tasks where adjustable pressure and water flow are useful. Its operating pressure can be set from 30 to 250 bar, with a maximum pressure of 270 bar and discharge capacity ranging from 300 to 1,000 litres per hour. A triplex-piston pump, detergent injector and adjustable unloader safety valve support flexible cleaning operation. The mobile chassis has an ergonomic removable drawbar and storage for accessories, while the supplied 10 m high-pressure hose, swivel trigger gun and spray lance provide the main working equipment.

Pressure control and pump

The unloader safety valve allows pressure and water quantity to be regulated continuously, helping the operator adjust the machine to the cleaning task. Operating pressure is specified from 30 to 250 bar, with a maximum pressure of 270 bar. The stated discharge capacity is 300–1,000 l/h.

The triplex-piston pump has a nickel-plated brass pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves. Detergent is supplied through a low-pressure injector, with a metering valve for controlling detergent feed. The machine has a 35-litre cleaning-detergent tank.

Operation and mobility

The start-stop system includes a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. The mobile chassis is fitted with a removable ergonomic drawbar and provides storage for accessories. Its cold-water operation makes it distinct from a hot-water pressure washer; maximum inlet water temperature is 45°C.

Supplied working equipment and electrical connection

The listed equipment includes a 10 m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a trigger gun with swivel, and a 900 mm spray lance with Vario nozzle. A stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle, size 045, is also specified.

The KD1140 Standard requires a 400 V three-phase electrical connection (3/PE/AC/50 Hz), with a connected load of 7.4 kW / 13.1 A and 3 x 16 A slow electrical protection. The connection cable is 7.5 m long.
