Overview

The EHRLE KD1140-F-Premium is a mobile cold-water high-pressure cleaner in the KD 4x4 series, configured for food-processing applications. Its corrosion-resistant construction, stainless-steel drawbar and blue abrasion-resistant high-pressure hose suit demanding cleaning work where these features are important. The machine combines adjustable pressure and water flow with a 25-litre water-storage tank and a 400 V electrical supply.

Cleaning performance and control

The KD1140-F-Premium delivers an operating pressure range of 30–180 bar (3–18 MPa), with a maximum pressure of 200 bar (20 MPa). Water discharge capacity ranges from 300 to 1,000 litres per hour, giving operators scope to adjust the cleaning setup to the task.

An infinitely variable unloader safety valve regulates pressure and water quantity. The triplex-piston pump uses a hot-water-resistant chrome/nickel-plated pump head, high-performance ceramic pistons and stainless-steel valves.

Food-processing configuration and equipment

The food-processing configuration features corrosion-resistant construction and a stainless-steel drawbar. A blue, abrasion-resistant 20 m high-pressure hose is supplied, along with a 900 mm double spray lance with nozzle protection, a stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle and a swivel trigger gun.

Premium equipment includes a hose reel, a SoftFoam Kit with a 2-litre foam-detergent tank, and a 900 mm rotary-nozzle lance. The machine also has a 25-litre water-storage tank and chemical supply in the high-pressure jet with a metering valve.

Electrical supply and operation

The cleaner is designed for a 400 V three-phase supply (3/PE/AC/50 Hz), with a connected load of 6.9 kW and 12.5 A. Electrical protection is specified as 3 x 16 A slow, so check the available supply and protective equipment before purchase.

The start-stop system incorporates a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. The machine measures 98 x 62 x 100 cm and has a net weight of 97 kg.
