Overview

The EHRLE HD523 Standard is a mobile, oil-heated hot-water high-pressure cleaner from the Etronic I series. It combines adjustable pressure and water flow with hot-water output from 30°C to 98°C, giving professional users a flexible machine for high-pressure cleaning tasks. The cleaner has a 230V electrical connection and separate motors for the high-pressure pump and heating.

Pressure and hot-water cleaning

The HD523 delivers 300–600 litres of water per hour and provides an operating-pressure range of 30–120 bar, with a maximum pressure of 140 bar. Its unloader safety valve allows pressure and water flow to be regulated continuously to suit the cleaning task.

The oil-heated system supplies hot water from 30°C to 98°C. Temperature and pressure adjustment give the operator scope to set the machine for different high-pressure cleaning requirements.

Etronic I controls and machine design

EHRLE’s Etronic I control system includes a start-stop function, a switch-off delay and total switch-off after 20 minutes. The separate motors for the high-pressure pump and heating operate independently of direction of rotation.

The machine is mobile and weighs 118kg net. Its 230V supply has a connected load of 2.4kW and requires 16A slow electrical protection.

Supplied cleaning equipment

The HD523 Standard is specified with a 15m DN08 high-pressure hose rated to 315 bar, a trigger gun with swivel, and a 900mm spray lance with Vario nozzle. A stainless-steel 25° jet nozzle is also specified. The machine includes a reel for the high-pressure hose and a separate reel for the electric cable.

A 900mm spray lance with Control-Nozzle and a low-pressure chemical injector are optional accessories, rather than standard features of the described configuration.
