Returns Policy

SJ Agri Ltd follow all distance selling policy's in the UK.

This means that you are able to return your product to us for store credit for upto 30days after receiving your purchase. After 30 days it is our discretion to whether we will accept your return.

Damaged goods:

If in the unfortunate event that you receive damaged goods please fill out our returns form and email the office with pictures office@sjagriltd.co.uk  this will assist us in determining the route cause of the damage. We can then arrange collection/prepaid delivery to allow you to return the product as well as getting a functional product to you faster.

Incorrect orders: 

For any order placed that requires returning due to incorrect ordering, miss fitting or simple no longer wanting the product we will accept the goods in their original packaging and a full refund will be given in the way of store voucher. We will NOT pay for delivery on return and we will not authorise the refund until the goods have arrived with us and we have inspected. If damaged or unable to be sold at full price a charge may be deducted from refund.

Cancelled orders:

You may cancel your order with full refund anytime upto shipping. Once shipped returns will be subject to the above policy's and therefore may if damaged be subject to a charge and you will be liable for return shipping as mentioned above.

As with all our policy's we reserve the right to adjust and update our policy at any time without notice. Any changes will have immediate affect and will affect only orders placed after the date of change
