Key Features

• 61cm laser-cut, diamond-ground blade with 26mm cutting capacity.
• Dual-action cutting with a single knife edge.
• Brushless motor with single-speed operation at 3,000rpm.
• 3kg weight without battery.
• Compatible with EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries.
• Five-year domestic and one-year professional EGO warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms.

Cutting performance

The 61cm blade provides a wide cutting path for working along medium hedges, while its 26mm capacity is suited to thicker stems. Laser-cut, diamond-ground blades are designed to deliver precise cutting, and the dual-action system uses reciprocating blades to perform the cut.

Cordless operation and handling

The brushless motor runs at a single no-load speed of 3,000rpm. At 3kg without a battery, the HT2410E has a relatively light tool weight to consider when planning longer hedge-trimming sessions; the battery adds to the overall working weight.

The trimmer operates within EGO’s 56V ARC Lithium™ battery platform. EGO states that its 56V batteries work across its 56V tool range, excluding robotic mowers. This can be useful for customers already using compatible EGO equipment.

Run time and warranty

EGO quotes run times of up to 75 minutes with a 2.5Ah BA1400T battery, up to 150 minutes with a 5Ah BA2800T, and up to 300 minutes with a 10Ah BA5600T. These are maximum stated figures for the specified batteries; actual run time will vary with the hedge and working conditions.

The HT2410E has a five-year domestic warranty and a one-year professional warranty, subject to EGO’s applicable warranty terms.
