Overview

The EGO STA1600 is a line trimmer attachment for EGO’s modular Multi-Tool system, designed to add grass and edge trimming capability to a compatible power head. It has a 40cm cutting width, bump line feed and Powerload™ line replacement technology, which helps make reloading the cutting line more straightforward. The STA1600 is compatible with the EGO PH1420E and PHX1600 power heads. Its carbon fibre shaft measures 97cm, and the attachment weighs 1.53kg.

Multi-Tool compatibility

The STA1600 is an attachment for the EGO Multi-Tool system, allowing a compatible power head to be used for line trimming. The coupling system is designed for tool-free attachment changes, making it simpler to switch between compatible Multi-Tool attachments.

Line trimming and line replacement

A 40cm cutting width covers a useful swathe with each pass, while the bump line feed lets the operator advance the cutting line during use. Powerload™ technology assists with line replacement, helping to simplify a routine task when the trimmer needs reloading.

Warranty

EGO states a five-year domestic warranty and a two-year professional warranty for the STA1600, subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms.
