The EGO PAD5000E is a compact portable power inverter that converts power from a compatible EGO portable 56V ARC Lithium™ battery into AC and USB outputs. With 400W AC output, a pure sine-wave supply and USB charging connections, it provides a low-noise, zero-emission way to power compatible devices away from a mains outlet.

Portable power for compatible devices

The PAD5000E gives EGO battery owners a portable power option for situations where mains electricity is not readily available. Its low-noise, zero-emission operation can be useful at home, outdoors or while travelling, provided the devices being powered are within the inverter's output capability.

The pure sine-wave AC output is suitable for sensitive electronic devices. The inverter also has USB connections for charging compatible devices, including a USB-C PD port that can provide up to 100W.

AC and USB connections

A single AC outlet supplies 220–240V, with 400W output and peak output power of 800W. Check the power requirements of the device you intend to use and ensure they are within the inverter's stated output.

For USB charging, the PAD5000E has two USB Type-C ports and one USB Type-A port. The USB-C PD port can provide up to 100W to compatible devices; actual charging capability depends on the connected device and its requirements.

EGO battery compatibility

The PAD5000E is compatible with EGO portable 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries and has one battery port. EGO states that its 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries work across the Power+ tool range, including PRO X, with robotic mowers excluded from that battery system.

The inverter can also charge EGO portable batteries when used with a USB-C PD-compatible charger. It weighs 1.6kg without a battery, making it easier to carry between locations.

The EGO PAD5000E has a five-year domestic manufacturer warranty, subject to EGO's applicable warranty terms.
