Overview

The EGO BSP3500E is a cordless backpack sprayer for controlled application of liquids to plants and other suitable targets. Its 15-litre tank, brushless motor and three-plunger pump deliver adjustable flow at working pressures up to 24 bar, helping users tailor the spray to different applications. A stainless-steel wand and four interchangeable nozzles provide options for directing the spray.

Key Features

• 15-litre maximum tank capacity.
• Brushless motor and three-plunger pump.
• Variable flow control at the spray handle, with pressure up to 24 bar.
• Stainless-steel spray wand measuring 500mm.
• Four brass nozzles: adjustable cone, fan, shower and foaming.
• Tank-inlet and liquid-suction filtration help reduce clogging.
• Spray-handle shut-off and flow adjustment designed for use with heavy-duty gloves.
• Battery cover provides anti-liquid protection.

Adjustable spraying and nozzle choice

The spray-handle flow control allows the operator to adjust output for different applications, while the shut-off can be operated at the handle. Maximum spray flow is 2.3 litres per minute with the adjustable nozzle in spray mode; this is a maximum figure rather than a fixed output for every nozzle or setting.

The four included brass nozzles offer different spray patterns: adjustable cone, fan, shower and foaming. This selection lets the operator choose an appropriate pattern for the task.

Filtration and operation

Filtration at the tank inlet and in the liquid suction path helps reduce clogging during use. The 500mm stainless-steel wand provides reach between the operator and the target, while the handle controls are designed to remain practical when wearing heavy-duty gloves.

EGO 56V battery platform and runtime

The BSP3500E has a single battery port and forms part of EGO's cordless outdoor power equipment range. EGO states that its 56V ARC Lithium batteries work across the EGO Power+ 56V tool range, including PRO X; robotic mowers are excluded from this battery system.

Published runtime figures are up to 90 minutes on low or 35 minutes on maximum mode with a BA1400T 2.5Ah battery. With larger batteries, stated maximum-mode runtimes range from up to 56 minutes with a BA2242T 4Ah battery to up to 168 minutes with a BA6720T 12Ah battery. Actual runtime depends on the battery and operating mode.

Warranty

The EGO BSP3500E carries a five-year domestic warranty and a two-year professional warranty, subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms.
